Where do I go to request a win/loss statement?

To receive a win/loss statement, you first need to complete a Release Form. These are located on our website, Tonkawacasinos.com. You can also request one from a Players Club personnel to be printed, emailed, faxed or mailed to you. Once you have completed the form, you will need to provide a copy of your ID. It may take up to 7 business days to process. We can email, fax or mail the statement to you upon request.
